Calling all adrenaline-seekers; this one’s for you! Enjoy the challenge of navigating aerial trails from one tree platform to another. There is both an adult and kids’ zone, designed with safety and enjoyment in mind with obstacle courses ranging from traverse beams, balance obstacles and wobbly bridges. Visitors are encouraged to book their date and time slots here.

Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur, Gamuda Cove

Newly opened in late 2023, Skyline Luge offers 4 specially designed tracks with twists, turns, tunnels, and downhill slopes that you can experience, both during the day and night. Hop in the driver seat into a Luge cart and be in control of your speed as you navigate hairpin corners, exhilarating tunnels and downhill slopes! Book your tickets online and reserve your time slots there.

Age: Children must be at least 6 years old and 110cm tall to ride the Luge alone. Children under 110cm tall or below 6 years old who can walk unassisted, can ride the Luge in tandem, with an adult, by purchasing the child doubling ticket.

Big Bounce Park, Avenue K Mall

Welcome to Malaysia’s latest gigantic indoor inflatable playground, featuring an awesome selection of inflatables. Opened in early November 2023, the little ones will have a field day releasing much of their energy here, located in the same venue and just next to SuperPark Malaysia.

Bintang Playhouse, Hotel Royal Signature

A toddler and children playhouse situated in a hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, with an open-ended interactive wall, a designated play area, wooden toys and workshops. It’s also the first hotel in Malaysia with a multi-sensory room (different rates apply), which is particularly beneficial for children with sensory sensitivities or developmental challenges. Wetlands Arboretum Centre, Gamuda Cove

 

Newly opened in August last year, this centre is a fantastic place for families with school-aged children. It features a 90-acre arboretum with research areas, tree preservation zones, urban farming and an educational wetlands exhibition gallery. It’s also an excellent spot to teach kids about biodiversity and can be visited through their Jungle School Programme, either via the Safari Insta Tour or the Boat Cruise Tour.

Discovery Park, Gamuda Cove

 

Three new exciting attractions listed below have been added to the 23-acre sporting adventure park – perfect for thrill-seekers!

  • Electric Go-karting by RUD Karting

Dubbed as Asia’s most advanced kart racing in Asia, it comprises racing karts for riders of different levels, at speeds of up to 60km/h. 

  • Paintball Target Shooting

Play war games against another team, or practice your marksmanship skills during a target shooting session! Participants must be aged 12 years old and above.

  • ATV Adventure

Enjoy riding along off-road trails, passing through mini hills, mud and sand. The minimum driving age is 16 years old. Tickets for all attractions can be bought online, or via walk-in at the GL Play Ticket Hub at The Hive, Discovery Park.

SplashMania WaterPark, Gamuda Cove

 

One of the top waterparks in Malaysia today, SplashMania offers 24 (yes, you read that right!) water slides and  15 key attractions – including Malaysia’s first ever Atlantis VR slide, which you cannot miss! Look out for the Monsta and Twista waterslides, as well as The Plunge, which plummets riders down a flume six storeys high from the top of the waterpark’s landmark Amazonia Ship! Hussin Fauzi Farm Shah Alam, Taman Botani Negara Shah Alam

A new petting zoo in Shah Alam, where you can take your kids to get up close and personal with a variety of animals such as alpacas, rabbits, camels, capybaras and more! You can also feed the animals, ride ponies and catch some fish.

Rumah Lat Gallery, Perak

 

Opened sometime in mid-2023, Malaysia’s legendary cartoonist, Datuk Lat, now has his own gallery in Perak! Visitors can admire his artwork in this single-storey gallery building (which also houses a souvenir shop and cafe), and also appreciate the uniqueness of a replica of a traditional Perak kampung house – the Malay Perak Lima House with five roofs.

Opened since May 2023, this place has a wonderful kid-friendly cafe with a nice play area. It is also a sought-after event space for family-friendly gatherings, such as birthday parties and family reunions. The entry fees cover time in the play area and also fun activities that are offered during that time. Do take note it’s best to make an appointment before popping by here!

TTDI MeatPoint Halal Steakhouse

Though this restaurant has been around since 2012, the spacious play area was only added in 2023. Alongside their steak offerings, they also specialise in Middle Eastern cuisine, Japanese Yakiniku and seafood dishes.

In April 2023, this beloved Solaris Dutamas restaurant moved to a bigger and brighter space at Menara Mudajaya in Mutiara Damansara, with two levels that includes a children’s play area.
