Going outside used to be something that kids used to do freely and at their own will, but now with increasing street dangers and the worrying trend of screen and junk food addiction it’s not surprising that kids are getting fatter and fatter. In fact, Malaysia tops the list of most obese children in Southeast Asia with about three out of 10 children considered obese.
That’s why we decided to rack up some facts and tips to get you and your kids jogging in the right direction with the help of Dr. Nataniel Viuniski, a member of the Herbalife Nutrition Advisory Board, who recently gave an informative talk during Herbalife’s Asia-Pacific Wellness Tour. The change doesn’t start with just your kids, you need to be the oil to their gears to inspire some real change in your household.

Yes, we understand that you have a lot of other priorities, but small steps can snowball into big changes.
