Keeping healthy is an important part of pregnancy, not only for mommy but also for baby. Prenatal yoga does both by preparing expectant mothers for labour while promoting the baby’s health too.
According to Mayo Clinic, some benefits of yoga for pregnant women include reducing stress and anxiety, preparing muscles for childbirth, decreasing back pains, nausea and shortness of breath, and lowers the risk of pregnancy-related diseases. If you’d like to take up yoga, we’ve put together a list of available studios in Klang Valley.
