5. World Environment Day Celebration, Taman Tugu

6. Maryam Saves A Heart and Down Syndrome Awareness Showcase at GMMB KL
Join inspirational Maryam Zharifa, a 10 year old with Down Syndrome, to help save children’s heart alongside other NGO partners. Challenge the stigma that comes with neurodiversity, and support her efforts to raise funds for children in need of heart surgery. An exhibition and charity art auction will be running for two weeks, while the opening reception will be held on the 12th June with enlightening events- including a talent showcase, down syndrome awareness forum, and art workshop for children with special needs.

1. The Carnival of the Animals
Nature’s calling! The National Symphony Orchestra (OSK) brings to you a musical concert at Istana Budaya, featuring French composer Camille Saint-Saens’s work by the same name, Carnival of the Animals. Be enthralled with the lives of animals being brought to life musically, represented by different musical instruments. Kids will also experience a special performance by sand artist Bernice Wong, musical medleys of local children’s tunes and a special performance involving Upin and Ipin.

A real circus is coming to town though!
