The Selangor State Government has announced an initiative to allow women in the state administration or government-linked companies (GLCs) to work from home or to have flexi hours.
The Menteri Besar, Mohamed Azmin Ali made this announcement at the recent Selangor Women’s Leadership Convention.
Based on a recent study, approximately 93% of women want to return to work but 63% of them feel that this is difficult due to various constraints.
