1. Star Education Fair

A one-stop education exhibition for both foreign and local exhibitors offering educational programmes ranging from pre-university, diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate as well as professional and vocational courses. For more info, click here.

2. Activities at Ilham Gallery

  • Making Modern Art With Magnets with Atom and The Dot

Make a modern painting with magnets while learning about international and local contemporary art.

Date: 3 January (Friday)

Time: 10.30 a.m. – 11.30 a.m.

Venue: Level 3 & 5, Ilham Tower, No. 8, Jalan Binjai, 50450, Kuala Lumpur

Fee: RM45/child. All materials provided.

Age: Recommended for 3 to 5 years. A guardian must accompany children.

  • Special Storytelling + Art Sessions in collaboration with Nor Azhar Ishak: Across The Sky

Award-winning author-illustrator-storyteller Nor Azhar Ishak will share the story from his brand new book, Across the Sky. The storytelling session will be followed by a guided, mixed-media painting activity.

Date: 4 January (Saturday)

Time: 2.30 p.m. – 4.30 p.m.

Fee: RM70/child. All materials provided.

Age: Recommended for 6 to 12 years. A guardian must accompany children below 9.

  • Chinese New Year Symbols, Myths And Legends: Dancing Dragon (Special Festive Session)

Learn about Chinese New Year symbols, myths and legends as well as simple machines, then make a dancing dragon inspired by these.

Date: 18 January (Saturday)

Time: 2.00 p.m. – 3.00 p.m. and 4.00 p.m. – 5.00 p.m.

Venue: Level 3 & 5, Ilham Tower, No. 8, Jalan Binjai, 50450, Kuala Lumpur

Fee: RM50/child. All materials provided.

3. Memang Ichiban 2020: Authentic Japanese Expo

Memang Ichiban 2020 is the first edition of an exciting Japan Expo and Fair to be held at the Pavilion Shopping Centre. The name of the expo features one Malaysian and one Japanese word that together means ‘Definitely Number 1’ – a powerful proposition that we aim to live up to!

Date: 10 January (Friday) – 12 January (Sunday)

6. Mindfulness Intensive Program4our Kids

Hosted by The Violet Flame, a holistic wellness centre, this programme encourages teenagers to explore and deepen self-awareness through mindfulness training. It is designed to support social and emotional learning and to strengthen the capacity for self-regulation through exercises that include yoga, art, cooking classes, meditation and more. 7. Back to School 2020 @ KidZania Kuala Lumpur

8. 2-in-1 Farm Experience Package

A fun and educational half-day tour at two farms; the Sweet Potato Farm and the Ostrich Farm. Learn how sweet potatoes are planted and get your hands dirty and dig up some to bring home. At the Ostrich Farm, you will get the chance to learn about eggs hatching and interact with not only ostriches but other farm animals like chickens, peacocks, goats and ponies!
