Following the success of its first workshop in May, Sundays has kick started a new workshop series that takes place every week at their store in Bangsar Village II. For June, there are three workshops to choose from:
Modern Calligraphy for Beginners with Denise Chen of DC Calligraphy
Date: 13 June
Time: 2.30pm – 5.30pm
Price: RM280 per pax
A three-hour crash course on modern calligraphy, covering the fundamental steps of preparing your pen and nib, working with ink, and more. You’ll also walk away with a calligraphy starter kit (containing a straight holder, an oblique holder, black ink, 2 nibs, a notebook and notes).
Candle-Making Workshop with Soap Artisan
Date: 20 June
Time: 10.30pm – 1pm, 3pm – 5.30pm
Price: RM250
Roll up your sleeves and learn how to make your very own candles. Participants will be guided by Angel Chung from Soap Artisan, and you’ll get to bring home five scented candles of your own creation.
Paper Cutting Art for Beginners with Han Papercut
Date: 27 June
Time: 3pm – 5pm
Price: RM180
In this two-hour workshop by Han Papercut, learn the different paper cutting techniques, paper and tools needed to transform a piece of paper into a work of art.
