Makchic’s first ever Eggscellent Easter Bazaar at Bangsar Village 1 on 4 and 5 April, this past weekend was a hopping success. We are incredibly grateful to all the little kiddos and their willing parents, vendors and anyone else who lent their time to make the event what it was. Special thanks to those who came and had a chat with us and did the survey. We truly appreciate your help and hope you enjoyed our newsletter.

The kids got their creative juices flowing with a number of fun activities that parents also ended up joining on. One of the favourites was the Egg-cessorise event that had children build and decorate their own giant egg. Colours and patterns were also experimented with during egg painting, while some became tiny detectives for the egg hunt. We’re also still craving those delectable hot cross buns from Nutmeg KL! We applaud your support and Bangsar Village‘s efforts in helping raise money for their Kids’ for Kids’ Charity from this.

Tiny Forest

The Terrarium-Making Workshop organised by Yuna’s Tiny Forest Terrariums also gave the young’uns a chance to discover their green thumbs. They loved all the options that helped make the terrariums their very own, which included jars, coloured sand, cacti and more.

FotorCreated

We saw the cutest clothes, toys and bedding for the little ones from Flowers & Warriors KL, BebeBundo, Dreamy Baby, Forever + Ava, Kenit Lab and Janie & Joe. There was some unique jewelry, accessory and home items for the grown-ups too from Sereni & Shentel, Bowerhaus and A Soap Affair.

What a memorable event! We will try our best to be a better Makchic from your comments and suggestions and hope to see even more of you at the next one.
