Spanning over six weeks, the online classes will cover:
- Basics of sleep and good sleeping habits
- Self-soothing methods and how to be flexible with sleeping routine during holidays, etc
- Nap timing and mastering the schedule
- Breaking sleep association
Date: Beginning 6 August, 2014 – Wednesday (meets online once a week for 6 weeks)
Time: 8:30 to 9:30pm

Requirements: Parents with babies aged 4 months to 2 years with sleep difficulties
The online classes will have a live Q&A segment, where parents can get answers to their burning questions. Those who aren’t able to make it for the live streaming of the online classes will be provided with the recordings of the session so they won’t miss a thing.
