Career Exploration and Self Discovery Workshop for Teenagers – Lara’s Place

Lara’s Place has designed a Career Exploration and Self Discovery Workshop for Teenagers, a programme focusing on the personal discovery of aptitude, strengths, interests and personality styles. There will be assessment, reflective exercises and role plays, and the teens will look at career exploration, job market realities and entrepreneurship.  With coaching and guidance, this two-day workshop looks like a great way to encourage your children to think about what they would like to be in the future.

Art Discovery Tour – Ilham Gallery

The Ilham Art Discovery Tour is back with a whole new schedule that runs through the month of February. Children will learn the new gerak, rupa, ubur , penyataan (GRUP) 1957 – 1973 art concepts. Due to the fragility of the artworks on display, the current season’s tours will only be open to kids 6 years and above (with some allowance for mature 5 year olds who have been on previous tours at the gallery). Pameran Kartun & Kita – National Museum KL

The National Museum KL presents the Pameran Kartun & Kita (Cartoon & Us Exhibition) beginning 8th December till 15th April. The exhibition includes the works and stories of Malaysia’s local icon Dato Lat, as well as the creators of other local cartoons, including the creators of Upin and Ipin.

2018 #jungleclassroom by Tatana roots

Tatana roots is back with their new #jungleclassroom activities for 2018! This fascinating class allows your little ones (aged 3 – 6 years) to frolic with Mother Nature and appreciate the outdoors in a safe and guided environment. There is only one more class (Feeding Trail in Nature – Learning how insects and other animals eat in their habitats) for the month of February 2018, so call them quick to book a slot.

We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym – Ara Damansara

With over 30 years of experience as a sound therapist, Elizabeth Huxtable has worked with special needs children as well as adults, helping them to cope with stress and anxiety through the art of dance, music and movement. Beauty and the Beast Storytelling and Performance – The Story Book

For children age 3 and above, this event will feature storytelling by a performing artist and drama teacher, Thasha Gunaseelan. This will be followed by a dance performance by Tutu Toe Dance Academy.

Song Writing Workshop, TeenEdge

Pavilion Mall

There will be exciting performances – the LED Acrobatic Lions Dance presented by Huawei, the Children Lions Dance Performance by SJK (C) Kampung Baru Ampang, Magician God of Prosperity, The Dream of Prosperity Dance Performance and the Taylor’s International School KL: Festive Collage.

Citta Mall

Citta Mall has several activities lined up including a CNY Arts & Crafts Workshops, God Of Prosperity Walkabout, Dragon Dance, Beats City Band from Pusat Didikan Khas Selayang and an Acrobatic Southern Lion Dance Performance. The highlight for children would be Mr & Mrs Oriental Citta Mall – Children CNY Costume Competition which will be held on 24th February 2018.
