If you haven’t quite figured out how to keep your kids entertained this mid-year holidays, leave it to the West. Sunway Pyramid West, that is! And with the weather getting warmer out there, who would say no to some indoor air-conditioning?
Billed as an “all-in-one child enrichment and edutainment centre”, Sunway Pyramid West boasts a play land, family-friendly F&B outlets, shopping, a fitness centre (for you and your kids), and more.
Curated specially for families, there will be a plethora of activities every day – yes, even week days! – and lucky draws for the parents from 26 May to 11 June 2017.
Any day within these two weeks, expect some masterpieces from your kids at colouring sessions, make clay keychains in Slay with Clay Art, and bring home balloon masterpieces – just let the balloon artist what you want, and he’ll make it come true! Parents can also snap photos at the Sunway Pyramid West photo booth to receive a free printed photo and participate in a lucky draw to win cash vouchers from Sunway Pyramid West outlets.
Let’s Go Wild!
For great photo opportunities, don’t miss out on the Meet & Greet sessions with Sunway Pyramid’s mascots Leo & Leona as well as The Parenthood’s mascot, Kingston.
You can also make your very own miniature version of Kingston out of clay at the Kingston Clay sessions!
If you spend RM80 and above at Sunway Pyramid West during this period, you’ll also have the chance to enter another lucky draw to win an Instax camera, ukulele, or tickets for The Parenthood.
Let’s Get Active!
To get the heart pumping, aim for the Gym Class Movement for group activities that enhance positive thinking skills and brain development.
Make a special note in your diary that on selected dates, there will be special events: the Shaka workshop and Kinder dance! Register here: https://goo.gl/forms/7SvsiPLJSBH4h6Zu1
For the musically-inclined, the Shaka workshop is the perfect place to begin learning the ukulele – and the instruments will be provided! If you’re looking for something new and exciting, head to the Kinder dance, a hybrid fitness programme integrated with academics specifically designed for children ages 3 to 6 years old.
Let’s Go Green!
To encourage your kids to go green, bring them to the Go Green with Arts & Crafts session. There will be talks on the 5Rs – Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Rot – and why we should refuse plastic straws as part of a Tak Nak Straw campaign.
Get hands-on at their workshops by making upcycled pinwheels using plastic bottles, waxed paper straws, as well as flowers made out of used plastic bags.
Save the activity poster above into your phone, mark your calendar, and set reminders. You can’t afford to miss this gargantuan event!
