Hari Raya is, for many people, the time of kueh raya, rendang, lemang, and long hours on the road to visit family members and relatives. Since there will be many, many cars on the road, we should make sure that our little ones are strapped in right.
While child car seats are not yet mandatory, automotive website paultan.org has taken the initiative to provide a rental service of child car seats for free for Raya.
“We’ve bought 50 units of an ECE R44-compliant child seat and we’re offering FREE child car seat rentals to 50 Malaysian families for them to use over the Hari Raya month. The FREE rental period will be until July 31, 2015.”
