What’s on your baby’s mind and how much could they possibly know? Studies show that babies are more aware of their surroundings than you might think.
A research conducted by Yale University’s Infant Cognition Center has revealed that babies can actually differentiate good from evil, even as young as three months old.
“Good” puppet and “bad” puppet were used to put babies’ instincts to the test. More than 80% of the times that the experiment was conducted, the “good” puppet was selected by the babies. “Humans are born with a hard-wired morality, a sense of good and evil is bred in the bone,” said Paul Bloom, a Yale professor of psychologist and author of Just Babies: The Origin of Good and Evil.
