The thoughtful team at Babydash – founded by two mothers who wanted to make it easier and more convenient for other moms to get baby supplies – is offering an easy way to do good this month of Ramadan with the Diaper Donation Drive.
How does it work?
Joining hands with local baby diaper brand Onwards Diapers, the Diaper Donation Drive allows shoppers to donate diapers with a single click. All you need to do is add the item “Diaper Donation” into your cart before proceeding to checkout, and the team will take it from there. In addition, the team will also be donating a pack of diapers to the respective charities for every carton of Onwards Diapers purchased.
Who will benefit?
All of the donated diapers will go to Yayasan Chow Kit, 24-hour crisis and drop-in centre taking care of at-risk children in Chow Kit, and Yayasan OrphanCARE, the first Malaysian non-proft NGO to introduce a Baby Hatch.
What is the objective?
The charity drive is held to raise awareness for Yayasan Chow Kit and Yayasan OrphanCare, so that more people will know and understand the kind of work they do to assist disadvantaged children and babies.
When can we start donating?
From now until 31 July, all shoppers can participate in the charity drive that is happening on the BabyDash website.
