Last week we attended Nippon Paint’s Colourful Dream art exhibition launch in Avenue K Shopping Mall.

The exhibition, dubbed “art created by the children, for the children”, was put up to raise funds in order to prepare underprivileged children for when they are no longer eligible for home care after the age of 18.

Over 180 pieces of original artwork made by children from Rumah Juara, Rumah Kasih Harmoni, and Gurpuri Foundation were publicly displayed at Avenue K Shopping Mall, venue partner and sponsor for the exhibition.

Corporate sponsors were treated to an exclusive preview to raise at least RM360,000, while a selection of the works were reserved for display at partnering hospitals to create a more cheerful and colourful environment for treatment and recovery.

The Colourful Dreams exhibition was displayed on Level 3, Avenue K from the 10th to 15th December. Find out more information here.
