A Tale that Must be Told: Macbeth by DPAC and KL Shakespeare Players – Shakespeare Demystified
Calling all Shakespeare lovers, be you big or small! DPAC and KL Shakespeare Players – Shakespeare Demystified brings this family-friendly production of the Bard’s Macbeth, targeted at 7 to 12 year-olds. It premiered in September 2017 at the Kuala Lumpur International Arts Festival 2017 and received positive feedback from students, teachers and parents alike.
The play which is delivered in contemporary English (generously peppered with some famous phrases from the original play), in a bid to introduce the wonderful yet complex workings of Shakespeare in a fun and exciting way for a younger audience.

Comprehensive Wagashi Course – ILOHA Culture Centre ‘Cooking and Language Studio’
Wagashi plays an important part in the Japanese tea ceremony. The focus of the ceremony, however, isn’t really about making tea, but about the aesthetically-pleasing manner in which the Teishu (tea host) prepares it. Participants of this Comprehensive Wagashi Course will get to learn how to make Wagashi from a professional in this class designed for those 15 years of age and above. It’s not just a dessert, but an art!

The Greatest International Circus
If you haven’t heard, there’s a new circus in town – The Great International Circus brought to you by Quill City Mall. Adventures in the Magical Kingdom – Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra

Be Your Own Sherlock

Ballet Illuminations Malaysia Tour
The entire Singapore Dance Theatre (SDT) team will be coming down to KLPAC to perform at the upcoming Ballet Illuminations 2018. This will be the first time SDT would be performing for two weeks. Junior Rainforest Detectives with Timo the Tapir
Timo the Tapir is back in NEC this March! This time all participants will become rainforest detectives, where they will focus on animals’ homes in the rainforest, as well as their food and feeding behaviour. This will be followed by a storytelling session – “Why Don’t I Look Like You” – featuring Timo the Tapir by Anak Rimba Books.
